Description
High voltage cables for use in electric vehicles
Faced with increasingly severe energy, environmental, and climate change, the development of new energy powered vehicles has gradually become a global consensus. As one of the solutions, the popularization of electric vehicles will have a positive and profound impact on new energy applications and transportation systems. Electric vehicle high-voltage lines are used to connect charging ports with batteries, battery interiors, batteries with engines, and other components, serving as carriers for power transmission. The performance of such products will have a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of electric vehicles.
1、 Executive standards: ISO6722, ISO14572, QC/T1037
2、 Product characteristics: This product uses high-quality raw materials suitable for the use of new energy electric vehicles. It has stable performance, long service life, high temperature resistance, and is highly trusted by users due to its high cost-effectiveness.
1. Conductor type: The conductor is made of stranded tinned or non tinned oxygen free copper wires, with strong flexibility.
2. Insulation characteristics: According to customer requirements, special modified high-temperature resistant elastomer materials, silicone rubber, irradiated polyolefin or irradiated TPE materials can be used, which have oil resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, good product performance, and safe use.
3. Applicable temperature level:
TPE material: -40 ℃~125 ℃; The cable models are: EV-YS, EV-SSP
Silicone rubber material: -60 ℃~180 ℃; The cable models are: EV-YG, EV-GGP
Irradiated polyolefin: -40 ℃~125 ℃; The cable models are: EV-YYJ, EV-YJYJP
Irradiated TPE material: -40 ℃~150 ℃; The cable models are: EV-YYS, EV-YSYSP
4. Scope of application: High voltage cables used in electric vehicles are used to connect the charging port to the battery, the interior of the battery pack, the battery pack to the engine, and other components, as a carrier for power transmission.
5. Usage characteristics:
a. The signal control and transmission network system of this cable for voltage, current, etc. during the charging process has characteristics such as high voltage resistance, high temperature resistance, electromagnetic interference resistance, stable signal transmission, resistance to bending more than 10000 times, wear resistance more than 50000 times, oil resistance, water resistance, acid alkali resistance, UV resistance, etc.
b. The product has good concentricity, reaching over 80%, ensuring stable and reliable high-voltage resistance of the cable.
c. The minimum bending radius of the product is 5D, which is convenient for use between corner wiring in narrow spaces. The product has high flexibility characteristics, making it very convenient for wiring in the car.
d. The rated temperature of the product is 125 ℃ -150 ℃, which is a significant technological advancement and improvement for the use of one-time molded soft grade insulation materials. It is crucial to ensure the flexibility of the cable and improve its current carrying capacity.
